BIM MODELER (Pointcloud) - 2026

We are currently expanding our ENGINEERING SERVICES and are looking for a BIM Modeler to join our growing team and help deliver high-quality projects to our clients

Responsibilities

Convert point cloud data into CAD models/drawings using software like Revit, AutoCAD, or similar.; Collaborate with site teams to verify as-built conditions and integrate them into drawings.; Ensure integrity and quality of CAD models/drawings.; Maintain organized datasets and documentation for project records.; Coordination of modeling, deliverables and modifications with overseas colleagues.

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering (Road & Bridge is preferred).; 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.; Proficient in drawing implementation using AutoCAD.; Good knowledge of English.; Experience in infrastructure projects is an advantage.; Work experience for international companies is an advantage.; Must have exceptional attention to detail.; Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.; Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
