Location: London Contract: Full time / flexible hours

Responsibilities

Setting up and clearing hospitality areas; Delivering food and drink service to a high standard; Supporting meetings, events and functions; Ensuring service areas remain clean, organised and presentation-ready; Responding to customer requests with professionalism and care; Working closely with colleagues to keep service smooth and efficient; Following company procedures and service standards at all times

Requirements

A professional, friendly and discreet approach; Excellent attention to detail; Strong communication and teamwork skills; Reliability and flexibility; A passion for great service; Previous hospitality experience is an advantage
