We’re looking for a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team at one of our flagship London locations.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a premium pastry offer across fine dining desserts, canapés, retail cakes and seasonal menu development.

Responsibilities

Creating high-quality cakes, pastries, breads and desserts; Delivering pastry across fine dining, hospitality and retail offers; Decorating and presenting products to a high standard; Supporting seasonal menu development and innovation; Managing stock levels and pastry equipment; Following food safety, allergen and health and safety standards; Working closely with the wider kitchen team; Helping inspire excellent standards and creativity

Requirements

Strong pastry experience in a quality-led environment; Creativity, flair and attention to detail; Good organisation and time management; Passion for presentation and innovation; A collaborative and positive approach; Confidence working to high standards consistently
