Responsibilities

Generating service order estimations and quotes for customers; Scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized schedule; Conducting post-repair follow up; Resolving customer complaints; Continue to maintain Crown's value, quality, and integrity

Requirements

Ability to work hard with limited supervision; Service Advisor experience preferred; Must be able to manage in a fast paced work environment; Must have great customer service skills; Must be able to pass pre-employments screens (Background & Drugs)
