Hull & Company is Seeking a Broker to join our growing team in Denver, CO! The Broker will play a critical role in advising clients on a wide range of insurance products, assessing their needs, and providing customized coverage solutions that meet both personal and business requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of insurance policies, industry regulations, and market trends to deliver the best possible options for clients.

Responsibilities

Build agent and broker relationships; Manage current book of business; Provide excellent customer service; Seek opportunities to access and cultivate new markets; Effectively manage carrier relationships; Provide guidance and training to Assistant Broker; Review and analyze risks, ensuring all required information is obtained; Foster and seek relationships with teammates across all levels of Hull & Company and Brown & Brown; Ensure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies and procedures; Attend training sessions, courses, etc. to maintain up-to-date skills; Always conduct the highest level of confidentiality; Other duties as needed

Requirements

2 – 5 years’ experience in Commercial Multi-Line Insurance; Sales and production driven mentality; Must be detail-oriented and possess the ability to multi-task; Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

Nice to have

Experience working in a paperless environment preferred; Experience with excess and surplus lines underwriting agency or company a plus; Bachelor’s Degree (B.A) from four-year college or university (preferred); CIC or CPCU candidate (preferred)
