Building & Engineering Technician

We are currently seeking a Building & Engineering Technician to join our vibrant team. As a Building & Engineering Technician , you play a vital role in ensuring our properties deliver an experience beyond expectation, creating memorable moments for our guests.

Maintenance & Repairs

- Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
- Respond to maintenance requests from departments and guest rooms in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and repair faults in building equipment and systems.
- Ensure all tools, equipment, and work areas are kept clean and in good working condition.

Preventive Maintenance

- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance according to the maintenance plan.
- Monitor building systems to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
- Assist in maintaining maintenance logs and service records.

Facilities & Equipment

- Inspect lighting systems, air-conditioning units, water supply systems, and other building infrastructure.
- Ensure the proper functioning of safety equipment and building facilities.
- Report any defects, hazards, or maintenance concerns to the Engineering Supervisor.

Safety & Compliance

- Follow all safety procedures and hotel policies when performing maintenance work.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Use appropriate tools and personal protective equipment (PPE) while performing duties.

Operational Support

- Assist in maintenance work during events or operational requirements.
- Support other engineering team members when required.

Proven experience in property maintenance with excellent problem-solving capabilities; Excellent managerial skills with a hands-on approach and lead- by-example work style; Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry; Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations
