Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to identify opportunities for digital transformation and process improvement within the insurance domain.; Analyse existing systems, processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas.; Gather, analyse and document business requirements for digital solutions.; Develop business requirements, functional specifications and user stories aligned with business objectives.; Work closely with cross-functional teams, Product Owners and development teams to drive project implementation.; Lead change management activities for digital transformation initiatives.; Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.; Develop communication plans, training materials and workshops to support change adoption.; Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of transformation initiatives.; Champion Agile/Scrum methodologies and promote continuous improvement.; Facilitate workshops, discussions and stakeholder meetings.; Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to prioritize and refine user stories.; Drive retrospectives, feedback sessions and continuous Agile process improvements.

Requirements

10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance domain .; Strong experience in Insurance Digital Transformation projects.; Strong understanding of Insurance processes, products and workflows .; Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis and process modelling.; Strong experience in BRD, FRD, Functional Requirements and User Stories .; Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies .; Experience working with Product Owners, Developers and cross-functional teams .; Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.; Experience in Change Management and Impact Assessment .; Ability to translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications.; Excellent analytical, presentation and facilitation skills.; Middle East/GCC Insurance experience is highly preferred.; Willingness to relocate to UAE is mandatory. Preferred Qualifications; CBAP / CSM / CSPO or similar certification.; Experience working on large-scale insurance digital transformation projects .; UAE / GCC / Middle East insurance experience.; Preferred Tamil-speaking candidates; Professional certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) or agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, CSPO) are advantageous.; Experience working on large-scale digital transformation projects in the insurance sector.
