Responsibilities

Responsibility for sales in Türkiye (Marmara Region) for Bosch Power Tools Accessories through active development, maintenance & growth of customers.; Entrepreneurial sales and profit responsibility (stronger price realization within the defined corridors, optimization in terms of customer structure and product mix).; Empowerment (direct budget responsibility) towards customer.; Implementation of central marketing activities and strong collaboration with user and retail marketing team.; Systematic follow-up on visits and planning of next steps for the development of direct dealers.; Information gathering about competitors & market trends.; Be close to the user to understand their needs and applications and target to convert the user.; Gain and provide user and market insights (UX) to the Central Product Area purpose teams for development of regional products / solutions and to Marketing for communication development.; Increases numeric and weighted distribution.; Promotes and demonstrates PT Accessories to users.

Requirements

Entrepreneurial thinking.; Autonomous working manner.; Sales knowledge: negotiation skills, customer orientation.; Analytical thinking and strategic overview.; Market and Power Tools Industry knowledge is a plus.; Strong adaptation to digitalization, remote working and agile working methods.; Native or near-native fluency in Turkish is essential.
