Business Development Representative

We're looking for a Business Development Representative who will both personally drive meaningful new pipeline and work with the broader team to level up how our entire outbound engine runs. This is a rare blend of individual contribution and process innovation.

Responsibilities

Own the number, carry a personal pipeline generation target and be jointly accountable for net new number; Build relationships with world-class brands through research, account planning, and opening opportunities; Rebuild how we prospect with AI and LLMs to redesign sourcing, research, prioritizing, personalizing, and sequencing; Own the data and inform the stack, demo new tools and decide what to add or cut; Partner across the go-to-market team to refine end-to-end sales process and prospecting workflow; Build momentum by shaping sales norms and taking on projects that help Archive grow

Requirements

1-2+ years of sales development / outbound experience; personally been a top-performing BDR/SDR and still love the craft of opening opportunities; strong writing skills and can generate compelling, high-converting sales emails; collaborative and want to be part of an excellent team; AI-native with strong point of view on how AI can be woven through the entire outreach landscape; proficient with sales and automation tools like HubSpot and Apollo; competitive nature and growth mindset; organized and data-driven, comfortable owning a number; care about sustainability and believe in the power of secondhand shopping; ideally in Austin and open to being in person in coworking space 2+ days a week
