Business Development Representative (Portuguese/English Fluent)

This role is dedicated to supporting customers and prospects across our Latin American markets and requires professional fluency in both Portuguese and English. UiPath is looking for a Business Development Representative to create new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers while outbound prospecting with our Enterprise Sales Executives.

Responsibilities

Generate qualified meetings for Field Reps through cold calls, emails, and strategic campaigns; Prospect, engage, and build relationships with customers across Latin American markets, communicating effectively in both Portuguese and English; Identify clients' needs and suggest an appropriate solution; Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market; Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and the Account Executive; Report to the BDR Manager on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales results; Stay up-to-date with new products/services and our pricing model; Continue to look for ways of incorporating automation into daily work

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Finance, or a related field; 6–12+ months of experience in a sales role (internship experience is counted); Professional fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken) is required; Ability to deliver engaging presentations; Automation-first mindset; Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Nice to have

Experience communicating with customers or prospects across Latin American markets is highly preferred; Exposure to or experience with Salesforce is a plus
