Business Growth Analyst

As a Growth Analyst at Fever, you will independently lead high-impact global projects and strategies to drive Fever's entertainment market expansion across up to 40 countries. You will design end-to-end solutions, manage new business streams, and collaborate across departments to enhance overall company performance. The role sits within the Marketing & Growth team, which works closely with nearly every department at Fever.

Responsibilities

Independently lead high-impact global projects and strategies to drive Fever's entertainment market expansion across up to 40 countries; Contribute to one of Fever's key markets, focusing on its growth and development; Manage your own pipeline of projects within a business line; Take the lead on global projects that will define the future of the entertainment industry; Enhance overall company performance across different business departments; Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business and strategic skills; Design end-to-end solutions with daily high impact; Create, develop and manage new projects such as new business streams, workflows, strategies, and specific departments' growth; Work with people and projects across different markets in an international environment (up to 40 countries)

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in an analytics & business role; Background in Engineering or Maths / Statistics / Data Analytics / Strategy; Leverage big data and analytics tools to make strategic business decisions; Excellent communication skills and proven team leadership experience; Excited about working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment; Advanced English speaker

Nice to have

Spanish, French, Italian or Portuguese speaker; Passionate about industry trends and eager to explore new growth opportunities
