Business Manager

Do you have Management experience and enjoy leading a team? APM Orange is currently looking for an Inclusive Employment Australia, Business Manager to lead the teams at our Orange, Cowra & Young sites. This role will allow you to apply your people skills and management experience to create opportunities to place people with a disability into employment.

Responsibilities

Empowering and motivating a team of Employment Consultants to drive the very best outcomes for job seekers who have a disability; Supporting the team to hit their KPIs through regular training and mentoring; Leading by example and engaging with job seekers to provide tailored employment services; Reading and interpreting data; Forming local business relationships; Planning for future success; Solving complex issues as they arise

Requirements

Experience in Employment Services or clearly demonstrated transferable skills; People leadership exposure and/or understanding; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal); Ability to work unsupervised in challenging environments; Proven experience working in a high-performance driven environment; Demonstrable ability to build positive working relationships with key stakeholders; Eligibility to meet legislative requirements for clearance to work in the Employment Services programs; Be eligible to work in Australia; Have a current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle; Be willing to complete a Criminal History Check; Be able to secure a Working with Children Safely Card
