Business Manager

As a Business Manager in our Inclusive Employment Australia team, you’ll lead a passionate group of Employment Consultants. Your mission: drive performance, support your team, and deliver life-changing employment outcomes for job seekers. Location & Coverage: The role covers our sites across Sunbury and Brunswick.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team of Employment Consultants to exceed performance targets; Ensure compliance with Inclusive Employment Australia contractual obligations; Build strong relationships with local employers, community groups, and stakeholders; Monitor and report on site performance, identifying opportunities for improvement; Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture

Requirements

Experience in Employment Services or clearly demonstrated transferable skills; People leadership exposure and/or understanding; Strong understanding of Inclusive Employment Australia or related government programs; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal); Results-driven mindset with a passion for helping others succeed; Ability to work unsupervised in challenging environments; Proven experience working in a high-performance driven environment; Demonstrable ability to build positive working relationships with key stakeholders; Eligibility to meet legislative requirements for clearance to work in the Employment Services programs; Eligibility to work in Australia; A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle; A MyGovID (Standard level); Willing to complete a National Police Check; Able to pass a Working with Children Check; Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
