Responsibilities

Lead, mentor and motivate a team of Employment Consultants; Drive strong performance outcomes and uphold service excellence; Support job seekers through tailored, person-centred employment assistance; Build and maintain relationships with local employers and community partners; Use data, insights and reporting to guide decisions and future planning

Requirements

Full Australian working rights; A current driver’s licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle; Willingness to undergo a Criminal History Check; Ability to obtain a Working with Children Safely Card; Experience in Employment Services or transferable leadership experience from disability, community or people-focused sectors; Demonstrated capability in leading teams or strong exposure to leadership responsibilities; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Confidence working autonomously and navigating challenges; A track record of achieving performance outcomes; Strong stakeholder engagement skills; Eligibility to meet Employment Services compliance requirements
