Business Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

Define, validate, and align technical requirements with the Account Teams, Sales Operations, and customers to ensure clear scope, feasibility, and customer fit; Develop Spin Clean configuration documents and prepare accurate quotes in accordance with the approved Product Option Architecture (POA); Create, maintain, and continuously update POAs for assigned products to reflect current product strategy, pricing assumptions, and customer requirements; Create new machine Non Standard Requests and link them to the appropriate product configurations to ensure traceability and process compliance; Develop evaluation configurations and coordinate alignment with Engineering, Process Engineering and Product Management to support technical validation and customer evaluation activities; Analyze and optimize product configurations to reduce costs, improve commercial competitiveness, and maximize profitability

Requirements

Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience (Graduate of a higher technical college in mechanical/electrical/mechatronic engineering (HTL)); Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; Ability to establish successful relationships in a multicultural environment with external and internal customers; Entrepreneurial mindset / hands-on mentality; Previous work experience in a comparable position

Nice to have

Work experience in Semiconductor Equipment Industry preferable; Technical knowledge of Lam Spin Clean product portfolio or similar products preferable
