Business Process Manager

Responsibilities

Analyze transportation relevant processes to identify improvement opportunities and determine how SAP solutions can enhance efficiency and effectiveness; Work with global Business Process Management team and Digital Business Acceleration about transportation solutions, including modules such as SAP eTM, LE-Shipping; Conduct testing to ensure that the implemented solutions function correctly and meet the user's needs; Provide training and support to users on the new systems and processes; Play role as business process management, to make sure that processes are running as designed; Collaborate with project managers, other consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful projects; Process Harmonization: Roll out of harmonized processes in the region; Process modelling; Provide process support, including troubleshooting and resolving any SAP-related process issues

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field; Proven experience as a business process consultant with a focus on logistic area; In-depth knowledge of SAP supply chain modules like eTM, shipping, LE-TRA; Experienced in using various change management tools; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and with key users; Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously; Willingness to travel to production sites as required; Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a must

Nice to have

Knowledge of supply chain processes & systems are plus; Knowledge of SAP Signavio and BPMN 2.0; Project management experience
