Business Risk Manager

Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They're among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support. We're looking for a Business Risk Manager to help scale the financial control environment in France. Sitting within the 1st line of defence (1LoD), you'll build a best-in-class framework, where you'll directly oversee and improve controls, not just advise on them.

Responsibilities

Identifying, assessing, documenting, and reviewing risks; Designing, implementing, and testing controls; Developing and testing key procedures; Creating and reviewing key risk indicators; Registering risk events, managing, and delivering risk incident reports; Promote positive behaviours relating to risk, to ensure a robust risk culture across the business

Requirements

A 2:1 degree from a top university; 4+ years of experience in operational risk management within financial services; Knowledge of internal control frameworks and associated regulations for banks; Experience with risk identification, monitoring, and controls; Familiarity with implementation and testing; Previous examples of practically interpreting and organising complex data; A solid track record of achievement, having won competitive awards (can be academic, professional, and/or sport); The ability to quickly assume responsibilities; An organised and methodological approach; Excellent interpersonal skills
