Busser PM at Wren - The Watermark Hotel

The Gastro Lounge is ramping up for its Grand Opening in September! We are seeking dynamic, boundary breaking Food & Beverage lovers to deliver our guests the best dining experience imaginable. The busser is responsible for assisting restaurant staff in clearing and resetting tables in an efficient and courteous manner, adheres to all health regulations, stocks necessary supplies, and performs basic restaurant cleaning duties. Follows B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group's high standards of quality to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Greets all guests in a courteous and friendly manner; Anticipates and responds to guest needs in a positive and timely manner; Assists other team members as necessary to meet guest needs; Clears and wipes down tables and counters; Disposes of garbage and cleans floors; Picks up dishes and glassware and restocks as necessary; Transfers full tubs to the dish room and assists other restaurant and kitchen staff; Maintains a clean and safe work area; Assists in maintaining sanitation and cleanliness of the restaurant, kitchen, and dish room; Follows procedures for guest/team member incidents; Produces required volume of work by planning, organizing and prioritizing duties; Completes all required side work; Assists servers, dishwashers, or other restaurant staff as needed

Requirements

Knowledgeable of hotel emergency procedures; Adheres to B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group grooming and appearance standards; Attends all required department and hotel meetings and adheres to attendance policy; Handles all food and beverage in compliance with company, brand, local, state and federal regulations
