Cabinet CNC Operator

We are seeking a CNC operator with experience in operating and maintaining CNC machinery. The ideal candidate will have a background in operating CNC equipment. As a key member of our manufacturing team, the CNC Operator will ensure the efficient and precise production of modular building components using CNC lumber saws and sheet material routers.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality components; Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance; Collaborate with design engineers and production teams to optimize machining processes; Monitor production to ensure components meet quality standards and specifications; Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year of experience operating and maintaining CNC machinery; Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications; Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work; Passion for sustainable building and innovative manufacturing technologies
