Cafe Manager - Victoria & Albert Museum

We are looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to join the Benugo team at the Victoria & Albert Museum. Set within beautifully preserved Victorian refreshment rooms, our café offers a stunning architectural backdrop. The café is open 7 days a week, serving a vibrant range of hot dishes, fresh salads, sandwiches, indulgent cakes and coffee.

Responsibilities

Supervise, manage and motivate the team; Make sure that the operation runs smoothly; Ensure the customers experience is always maintained to the highest standard; Continuously work towards improving sales and service; Support and manage the performance of the team through ongoing evaluations, listening, training, and mentoring; Ensure high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained

Requirements

Experience as a Cafe Manager; Good food and beverage knowledge; Outstanding customer service; Leadership skills
