The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly and patient demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.; Provide accurate information regarding products and services.; Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.; Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records.; Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and issue resolution.; Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, additional education is a plus.; Excellent verbal and written communication skills.; Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.; Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure.; Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
