GG Media is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team in San Antonio, TX.

In this role, you will communicate directly with customers, provide clear and accurate information, assist with inquiries, and help ensure every interaction reflects the professionalism and service standards of GG Media.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner; Respond to customer questions and provide accurate information; Assist customers with general inquiries, requests, and concerns; Maintain clear and professional communication throughout every interaction; Document customer information and call details accurately; Follow established company procedures and communication guidelines; Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or assistance; Escalate complex matters to the appropriate team when necessary; Maintain organized and accurate customer records; Collaborate with team members to meet service and performance goals; Provide a positive and professional customer experience
