Care Assistant

Regional Care Worker - travel of up to 50 miles required. Location: North Wales (Bangor and surrounding areas). Pay: £15 per hour. Shifts: Covering day and night shifts across the week, including weekends. Driver required: Yes - a full UK licence and access to your own vehicle is required. We are CCH. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care plus so much more! We care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and in their homes, with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs.

Responsibilities

Enhance skills in complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care; Care for and support people of all ages in the community and in their homes; Travel to various packages within a 50-mile radius; Work on an on-call rota; Work a mixture of day and night shifts; Cover day and night shifts across the week, including weekends

Requirements

Must work a mixture of both days and nights; Must have flexible availability; Must be willing to drive 50 miles to cover multiple packages of care; Access to a car is required; Willingness to support with mobilising new packages of care within 50 mile radius; Full UK licence and access to own vehicle required
