We are currently recruiting compassionate Support Workers / Care Assistants to join our dedicated teams supporting service users across the heart of West London. Homecare is about helping vulnerable adults remain safe, happy, and independent in the place they love most – their own home.

Responsibilities

Supporting with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming); Assisting with medication preparation and safe administration; Helping with mobility using aids/equipment; Supporting rehabilitation after hospital stays; Preparing meals/snacks and offering mealtime support; Carrying out light domestic duties (laundry, making beds, household tasks); Offering companionship and building meaningful relationships; Encouraging social inclusion and community activities; Promoting independence and dignity; Collecting prescriptions and medication reminders; Nutrition and mealtime support; Housekeeping; Mobility assistance; Health monitoring and reporting changes; Emotional support; Documentation and record keeping; Safety and emergency response; Collaboration with colleagues, professionals, and families

Requirements

Right to work within the UK (visa sponsorship not offered); Willing and able to travel between clients within the local community; Compassion; Strong communication skills; Problem-solving skills; Commitment to respectful, high-quality care; Resilience; Eagerness to learn

Nice to have

At least 6 months of social care experience
