Care Assistant

As a Care Professional, you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred support that prioritises dignity, respect, and compassion. Your key responsibilities include: Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming); Medication support (preparation and administration); Meal preparation and mealtime assistance; Mobility and equipment support; Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, cleaning); Companionship and emotional support. You’ll also: Encourage social engagement and family connections; Monitor health and report any changes; Maintain accurate documentation; Respond to emergencies safely and effectively; Work collaboratively with families and professionals.
