Skilled Nursing Facilities located in Marion and Logansport, Indiana. Only one facility per day. Ideally, two days in Marion and 3 days in Logansport to make a full time position. Responsibilities

Perform skilled direct patient care activities under the clinical supervision of the Occupational Therapist

Requirements

Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy Assistant program; Current or eligible for state license; Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have

Active membership with the American Occupational Therapy Association (not required); Minimum one (1) year experience (preferred)
