AIRCRAFT CERTIFYING STAFF AND INSPECTOR. Confirmation of airworthiness of maintained helicopters. Confirmation that modified helicopters have been worked on according to design specifications. The work of passing the airworthiness certification inspection.

Requirements

Must possess a First Class Aircraft Maintenance Technician License (Rotor-Wing Aircraft) of one of the following types: Airbus Helicopters models EC225, AS332, H160, EC155, and AS365; Kawasaki BK117; At least 3 years of experience in certification work (experience undergoing airworthiness certification inspections) at an Approved Maintenance and Inspection Organization; At least 3 years of experience in certification work (experience modifying aircraft of the type related to the modification) at an Approved Maintenance and Alteration Organization; Awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity
