- Chef de Partie
- Commis Chef

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality food in line with brand and menu standards; Support daily kitchen operations, including preparation, service, and presentation; Work collaboratively within a professional and supportive kitchen team; Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace cleanliness; Contribute to a positive, efficient, and guest-focused kitchen culture

Requirements

Relevant trade qualifications (or working towards for Commis roles); Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or high-volume kitchen environment (preferred); A strong work ethic with a passion for fresh, high-quality food; Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays; A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
