As we continue to expand across Australia, we’re hiring Casual Sales Associates to join our team.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment, ideal for people who enjoy customer interaction, thrive during busy trade, and want to grow with a global brand.

Responsibilities

Engage customers confidently and provide friendly, energetic service; Share product knowledge and introduce new collections; Support sales targets through upselling and cross-selling; Replenish stock and maintain strong visual merchandising; Keep the store clean, organised and customer-ready; Support deliveries, stock counts and inventory accuracy; Process transactions accurately through POS; Follow store procedures and loss prevention measures; Support product launches and peak trading periods

Requirements

We’re looking for people who are:; Confident and customer-focused communicators; Passionate about retail, pop culture or collectibles; Energised by fast-paced, high-volume environments; Reliable, positive and able to stay composed during busy periods; Quick learners with strong attention to detail; Flexible availability (must be available at least one weekend day, and one of the late-night trades on Thursday or Friday); Typical rosters include weekends and late shifts; Able to work shopping centre hours; Open availability during peak season November to January each year
