Chromebook Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

Excite customers by promoting Chromebook; Elevate the customer experience by maintaining merchandising standards of all products and displays; Identify sales opportunities and support customers with their purchases; Train retail staff on Chromebook products, promotions, and messaging; Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers and staff, acting as the main point of contact for Chromebook; Analyze sales data and market trends within the territory to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement; Monitor inventory levels across retail stores, working closely with the logistics team to ensure adequate stock availability; Provide training and product knowledge to retail staff to enhance their ability to sell Chromebooks effectively; Manage and adhere to sales budgets, optimizing expenditures to maximize return on investment

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally within a retail or consumer goods environment; Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills; Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities; Tech savvy and strong working knowledge of G-suite; Ability to identify creative solutions for problems; Energetic, friendly; Passionate about consumer electronics; Enjoy helping others; Willingness to learn
