Cleanroom Operator - 1st Floor

The Cleanroom Operator - 1st Shift, performs highly technical operations in the manufacturing and processing of pharmaceutical medical devices as well as setting up, operating, performing maintenance on and troubleshooting equipment in a clean room environment.

Responsibilities

May include complex and precision adjustments that require an understanding of the manufacturing process and the effect of electronic, pneumatic and mechanical devices on the process.; Safety policies, gowning and material handling procedures.; Maintain combo device documentation accurately.; Ability to understand and follow pharmaceutical medical device manufacturing procedures.; Must perform a variety of processing duties utilizing specialized equipment and measurement devices (go/no-go gauges).

Requirements

High school or GED plus a minimum of 6 months in medical device manufacturing.; Ability to adapt to fluid production priorities.; A strong focus and high attention to detail is required.; Able to sit and stand for long periods of time, Lift 50 pounds,; Positive attitude, Scheduling flexibility.; Willingness to work OT as needed.; Cleanroom environment, full jumpsuit gowning, exposure to various chemicals and solvents.
