Client Account Manager Sr.

Brown & Brown is seeking Client Account Manager Sr. to join our growing team. The Client Account Manager Sr. is responsible for managing and servicing a book of business by handling policy processing, renewals, client relationships, coverage analysis, compliance documentation, and identifying opportunities to enhance coverage and support account growth.

Responsibilities

Responsible for day-to-day account management of an assigned book of business, including processing policies/endorsements, invoicing, issuance of certificates of insurance, claims reporting and follow up; Build relationships with clients, vendors and carriers to improve client retention; Identify gaps in coverage and consult leadership or producer; Manage the renewal process for assigned clients; Review internal compliance and client disclosure requirements; Assist in growing the assigned book of business through account rounding and referrals; Document renewal, sales, and insurance operations compliance documents into the sales management database; Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Valid Insurance Producer license; Knowledge of insurance coverages, contracts, and state regulations where business is conducted; Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Windows environment, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher; Proficient knowledge use of office equipment; 5+ years’ experience in the insurance industry, or a related field.
