Client Management Intern

Reporting to two Client Partners, you will act as a coordinator between our French clients and our specialist teams, assisting with communication to ensure the smooth running of campaign delivery projects. As part of a fast-paced team of Client Partners, Media Planners, Analysts, and Campaign Activators your support will be essential to the growth and retention of our key clients.

Responsibilities

Assist the Client Partners in tracking the project pipeline, helping to flag upcoming needs to the wider team; Help collect information from various client teams to assist in the processing of briefs; Support the team in tracking budget approvals and monitoring campaign spend, helping to flag any discrepancies or changes; Set up regular project status meetings, take minutes, capture next steps, and ensure all project watch outs are documented; Assist in the preparation and editing of presentation slides; Support with client reporting and tracking of deliverables; Develop a deep understanding of our portfolio of services and our integrated marketing offering to eventually identify our clients' needs and how we can fulfil them

Requirements

6-month internship contract; Fluent in French with a conversational level of English; Strong interest in social media, digital marketing or online advertising and AI; Good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances; Embrace challenges as opportunities and seek feedback to enhance your skills; Love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business

Nice to have

Some experience in a client-facing role through an internship, apprenticeship or a personal project would be a plus
