Cluster E-Commerce & Distribution Manager

The scope of this job is to ensure we are competitively represented on our brand and product on all Digital channels, Online or Digital media. This role will serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by developing and implementing key distribution and eCommerce strategies to optimize all the distribution channel and advertising digital channels.

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing key distribution and eCommerce strategies to optimize all distribution channels and advertising digital channels; Ensuring optimal content of Minor Hotels and properties in all relevant electronic distribution channels; Establishing best practices to manage Online Travel Agents; Coordinating partner agencies and execution of all eCommerce activities; Developing and optimizing online content to maximize ranking/visibility on search engines and channels; Measuring, analyzing and reporting eCommerce performances and suggesting improvements; Implementing Minor Hotel long-term Electronic Distribution Strategy; Managing channel manager and interfacing of new channels; Coordinating e-Commerce tactics including SEO and SEM campaigns; Managing hotel website and mini-sites; Driving digital marketing initiatives including PPC, SEO, Social Media, Email, and Mobile; Supporting revenue management and dynamic pricing strategies; Managing third-party digital agencies and vendor relationships

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in e-commerce management, distribution operations, or supply chain management; Proven track record of leading and managing teams in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment; Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics, inventory management, and distribution best practices; Proficiency with ERP systems, inventory management software, and data analysis tools; Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights; Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills; Demonstrated project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with business intelligence tools; Experience in the retail or e-commerce sector
