CNC Machine Operator

Lakeland Manufacturing has been producing precision machined components for customers across a variety of industries. As part of the Marmon family of companies and backed by Berkshire Hathaway, we combine the stability of a large organization with the culture of a growing, team-oriented machine shop. We are looking for individuals with machining or manufacturing experience who take pride in producing quality work.

Requirements

Machining or manufacturing experience; Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift; Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally; Ability to work safely around moving machinery and production equipment; Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer

Nice to have

Experience operating CNC lathes, mills, or other manufacturing equipment; Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings; Experience using precision measuring tools including calipers and micrometers; Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills; Commitment to quality, accuracy, and safety; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
