Responsibilities

Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs using the Coggin selling process; Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network; Test drives, present vehicle product information, pricing and incentives; Answer sales calls and respond to internet inquiries; Meet daily phone and email quota; Greet customers in the dealerships and on the lot; Training will be provided

Requirements

Motivation to be successful; Great customer service skills; Be able to create and maintain customer relationships; Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM, Eleads, Autotrader); Prior sales or retail experience preferred; Maintain professional business attire and appearance; Self-starter and ability to be a great team player
