Collateral Officer

To contribute to the implementation of adequate Credit Risk controls for complex business entities, across two main business streams inclusive of BCB and CIB, specifically focusing on risks encountered in the post-credit granting stage of the lending process by ensuring the appropriateness, applicability, consistency, validity, and enforceability of all collateral and confirming that collateral are in legal order and properly housed to secure assets in order to mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

Requirements

First Degree; Business Commerce or equivalent; 1-2 years experience; Personal and Business banking exposure regarding credit risks, lending and associated collateral

Nice to have

Experience with home loans and lending; banking experience pertaining to banking processes with regard to collateral documentation and the operation thereof
