Commercial Carpenter - Secret Clearance

Seeking a Commercial Carpenter with a current or activatable security clearance to work on Federal projects in the DMV area.

Responsibilities

Perform rough and finish carpentry tasks including framing, drywall hanging, and finishing; Install ACT ceilings and execute painting duties as needed; Assist with minor masonry, concrete work, and flooring installations; Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks while adhering to safety protocols; Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly managed

Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial carpentry; Active US Government security clearance (at least Secret) required; Proficient in a wide range of carpentry techniques and tools; Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills
