Commercial Excellence & Data Analytics Specialist – Asia Pacific

The Commercial Excellence & Data Analytics Specialist supports the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of Commercial Excellence initiatives across the Asia Pacific region to maximise top and bottom-line results. This role acts as a key enabler of data-driven, structured commercial execution by strengthening processes, capabilities, and tools, including the EDGE CRM, pricing discipline, and tendering and contracting, while driving adoption through targeted change management. He/She will work cross-functionally with finance, supply chain and other functions to actively improve business processes.

Responsibilities

Support development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of Commercial Excellence initiatives across the Asia Pacific region; Strengthen processes, capabilities, and tools including EDGE CRM, pricing discipline, and tendering and contracting; Drive adoption of standardized tools, frameworks, and ways of working across markets; Facilitate sharing and scaling of best practices across AP countries; Coordinate processes for Market insight: MCS, MKIS, LRPP, LRPD and Market Segmentation; Drive effective adoption and evolution of EDGE CRM as a commercial tool; Contribute to continuous improvement of commercial processes and tools; Support improvement in tender management processes and contracting approaches; Develop and implement data-driven performance tracking frameworks; Provide leadership with actionable insights for decision-making; Support development and rollout of training and capability-building initiatives; Follow and comply with all relevant FME policies

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Business Economics, Finance or similar area; 5 years’ experience in MedTech or Pharma business in commercial support, business intelligence or marketing positions; Stakeholder Expectation Management; Collaborates; Communicates Effectively; Plans and Aligns; Tech Savvy; Manages Organizational Complexity; Cultivates Innovation; Self-Development; Customer Focus; Good understanding of commercial processes in healthcare industry (especially Marketing & Sales); Good understanding in Data Collection and Analysis (especially Sales Analytics); (Agile) project management methodology; Change Management basics; Understand and use modern communication software and systems; Business processes support by effective use of standard office equipment and standard software packages; Strong IT user knowledge (MS Office, PowerBI, SAP, CRM, Intranet etc.); Understand basics of e-health, data security and related topics; Up-to-date knowledge of IT and digitalization; English fluent as a must (presenting, writing, reading); Experience working for an international company with international standards
