Accelerate your success in a dynamic, team-based environment that provides you with the challenge, support and rewards you need to perform at your best.; We are currently seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join our growing Sunshine Coast Commercial Management team. This position, located in Maroochydore, will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of retail, commercial and industrial assets.; Key responsibilities in this role will include:; Communicate and collaborate between internal and external teams to assist in the delivery of excellent service to Landlords and Tenants.; Work up to, and maintain a management portfolio of approximately 130 tenants.; Directly manage assets for key clients, maintaining high levels of service and operational efficiency.; Prepare detailed client reports and presentations, providing clients with important information they require to make ownership decisions.; Follow the operating procedures of the Organisation.; Maintain an understanding of all relevant laws, regulations and best practices effecting the management of commercial and retail assets.; Maintain an understanding and competence of all software and tools utilised by the organisation and assist other team members in developing their understanding.

Requirements
