Colliers, a leading commercial property expert in Australia, is seeking a full-time Commercial Property Manager for their Ballarat office. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team specialising in sales, leasing, and property management across Western Victoria.

Responsibilities

Manage, maintain and grow the Ballarat Commercial Property Portfolio; Handle lease administration, including expiries, renewals, and rent reviews; Conduct routine property inspections; Oversee accounts administration, including rental receipts and payments; Coordinate maintenance and obtain quotes as needed; Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants

Requirements

Positive, proactive attitude with exceptional communication skills; Strong time management and multitasking abilities; High attention to detail and problem-solving skills; IT proficiency with ability to quickly learn complex programs; Authentic personality with a "can-do" approach; Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain); Experience in commercial or B2B sales is advantageous but not required
