Community Operations Coordinator - Rotterdam, NL

CIC is looking for a full-time, early career Community Operations Coordinator to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for those with a 'can-do' attitude, at least a year of professional experience, and who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Building and keeping good relationships with CIC clients; Handling a variety of client requests creatively and effectively; Stocking and maintaining supplies in kitchens and conference rooms; Facilitating new client onboarding and assisting existing clients with office moves and event preparations; Supporting front desk operations; Assisting in organizing community events; Leading special projects within the team

Requirements

Can-do attitude; At least a year of professional experience; Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; Availability to work from the office every day; Ability to start the day early at 7:00 AM for four days a week; Ability to work until 7:00 PM and complete end-of-day checks occasionally; Ability to legally work in the Netherlands (no visa sponsorship); Fluency in English

Nice to have

Ideally at least 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (company, internship, NGO, or other organization); Experience in hospitality or a high-service level job; Communicative Dutch
