Compass Support Agent - FT

Responsibilities

Inventory vehicles on airport lots and enter vehicle status and related information into a handheld device; Verify that vehicles are clean, properly staged, and ready for customers; Assist customers as needed, providing professional and friendly service; Help maintain accurate fleet records and lot organization

Requirements

High School Diploma (or equivalent); Valid Driver's License; Basic computer skills (typing, data entry); Willingness to work outdoors; Flexibility to work all shifts; Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the rental lot, enter and exit vehicles, and drive a variety of vehicles; Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States; This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely

Nice to have

6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
