As the Concession Manager, you would be contributing to the overall performance of our Concession. In this role, you would be leading a team of people to ensure the concession is run in the most efficient way.

Offering customers a high level of service, through styling advice, product knowledge and experience; Analysing selling information and taking ownership for the concession sales performance; Leading and motivating a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of service; Leading recruitment and ensure induction and training to new starters is carried out; Identifying future talents and putting together development plans to support their progression; Overseeing concession operations; Creating a great place to work

Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead, train and develop a team; Customer focused; Self-motivated & Positive; Adaptable; A genuine interest in others; Excellent planning and organisational skills; Good analytical and problem-solving abilities; Excellent commercial abilities and interest in fashion/retail; Confident communicator in English: additional languages are an advantage but not required
