Concierge (The Esse at Singha Complex)

Responsibilities

Manage the front desk and lobby area; Greet and assist all residents and visitors throughout the day, maintaining at all times the highest levels of helpfulness and friendliness; Monitor their needs and respond to service related emergencies as needed; Promote positive and proactive resident relations by working to make the living experience the highest quality; Work with the management team to achieve excellence in the delivery of services to residents and their visitors and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience; Responsible for telephone line answering and service requests; Able to provide general information regarding the property and its surrounding to residents and visitors and assist with booking of services if required; Comply with all safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks and/or use of supplies; Perform other duties and ad hoc admin assignments; Act as eyes and ears in absence of Management staff.

Requirements

Thai nationality (Male/Female); Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, events, general management, business administration or equivalent; 1+ years’ of concierge experience in hospitality (essential); Strong interpersonal, and communication skills; Good organizational skills, follow-up and follow through; Customer service-minded; Fluent in written and spoken English (essential); Proficiency of MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook - not afraid of using new technologies; Required to work flexible hours including after hours or weekends; Well-organized with strong attention to details; Able to work under pressure, self-motivated and fast learner; Self-starter - able to identify work that needs to be done and does it without required instruction.
