Responsibilities

Lead an established team of Section Heads and Engineers to secure the completion of the project within time and budget.; Manage direct multi-faceted construction activities, including subcontractors, and personnel; Ensure all construction activities are performed safely and in compliance with applicable policies, standards, guidelines and procedures; Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and take responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction for construction and completions activities; Provide Construction support to Project Management during the initial planning phase of the project; Participate in Constructability and 3D model review sessions; Build and Manage effective Construction teams; Ensure all construction activities are performed in accordance with project specifications and drawings, within budget and time schedules; Maintain effective communication and report the status of construction progress to the project team; Manage the RFI and change order process in the field; Assist with the preparation of change orders; Maintain excellent project records and documentation of delays and other potential project impacts; Maintain detailed, accurate, and complete documentation of construction activities

Requirements

BSc or MSc in any relevant Engineering Discipline (ideally Civil or Mechanical); Total experience of min. 20 years with specific experience for min. 7 years in the Oil & Gas Projects.; Deep understanding and knowledge with construction management systems, processes and tools; Experience in EPC Projects with ADNOC (or any equivalent) is highly preferable.; Previous employment with leading EPC contractors is highly preferable.; Engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning awareness.
