Construction Project Engineer

Seeking a project engineer with 1-2 years of construction based experience to join our client's team for this great developmental opportunity. They are seeking a Project Engineer to support daily operations and enhance project management effectiveness. This role offers the chance to develop skills in jobsite supervision and construction management in a flexible, mostly worksite based environment.

Responsibilities

Inspect work performed by trade partners and ensure quality control measures are upheld; Manage jobsite cleanliness, security, and safety standards; Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve project challenges efficiently; Assist in enforcing project schedules and procure necessary materials for ongoing projects; Create, manage, and report on RFIs and submittals while interfacing with property managers and clients

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or a related field; Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to multi-task effectively under pressure; Excellent communication skills and ability to foster deep relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and PDF editing tools (Bluebeam, Adobe, etc.); Self-motivated and organized, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently
