Construction Project Manager, Corporate Interiors

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role for the Northeast Regional Projects Team and will be directly responsible for supporting the delivery of challenging Corporate Interior projects for a financial services client. This role involves successfully managing and leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring the highest quality delivery within agreed timelines and budgets while building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Successfully managing and leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring the highest quality delivery within agreed timelines and budgets; Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle; Leading and motivating project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and empowering individuals to achieve their best performance; Developing comprehensive project plans, tracking progress, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues; Tracking project finances, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints, and providing accurate cost forecasts; Implementing robust quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards and client expectations; Identifying opportunities for process enhancements, implementing innovative project management practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives; Supporting delivery of challenging Corporate Interior projects for financial services client; Working within Northeast Regional Projects Team structure and collaborative culture

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry; Proficiency in project management software, including Microsoft Projects and Bluebeam; Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders; Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance; Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Ability to travel for project-related meetings and site visits, as needed; Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Nice to have
