Education & Languages

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Mandarin

Mobility

- Willingness to travel across China and internationally as required

Responsibilities

Supporting the delivery of operational excellence and transformation programmes; Leading defined workstreams and contributing to successful project execution; Analysing operational processes, performance data, and improvement opportunities; Conducting site-based assessments, interviews, and workshops; Developing client deliverables, including presentations and recommendations; Supporting the implementation of practical, sustainable improvements

Requirements

Experience in management consulting or a relevant industry environment; Exposure to operational excellence, performance improvement, or transformation initiatives; Experience working in project teams or contributing to defined workstreams
