Consumer Sales Specialist

The Consumer Sales Specialist is responsible for analyzing consumer needs, negotiating and closing deals, meeting sales targets, gathering feedback, educating customers, answering detailed questions about Generac products, and maintaining department expectations. The primary goal of this role is to drive sales of energy solutions and provide excellent customer service to both potential and current customers.

Requirements

Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience; 1 year related experience within Sales, Retail, Marketing; Ability to understand consumer needs and provide appropriate solutions; Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively; Ability to Interpret Data, Analyze Results and Make Recommendations; Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders, including consumers, dealers, and contractors; Ability to meet sales targets and work in a goal-oriented environment; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
